All of our products are designed in Barcelona, Spain, by our own inhouse team of designers. All our designs are unique and you won’t find them for sale anywhere else.

Our manufacturing partner has manufacturing plants all over the world. Since all of our products are made to order your product will be manufactured in the facility that’s closer to you, in order to reduce shipping times and CO2 produced carriers making deliveries.

We have chosen to run rektangulo as a made to order, zero inventory store for two main reasons.

The first is to ensure that our production is responsible, and that no product goes to waste. All shops have some products that sell better than others, which often means stock ordered for products that do not sell well are literally thrown away, brand new. We believe this is a waste of energy and resources, and does not reflect how we want to treat our planet.

The second is to be able to order more variety. If we had to keep large stocks of each product we would only offer limited catalog. By not keeping inventory and making each product to order we can make our catalog as large as our imagination!

Yes! We do ship internationally. Orders from outside Europe or the US might take a bit longer to arrive, but we’ll get them to you anywhere in the world!

Deliver times depend on basically two things. One is the product you order and the other is the destination where it should be delivered.

Once ordered most products are produced in 4-7 business days (some can take a bit longer), and shipping to most popular destinations can be as quick as 1-3 business days (shipping times can vary widely due to COVID restrictions).

If your order has not arrived after 15 days, please get in touch with us with your order number so that we can look into it and help you track your order down.

This rearely happens, but if you order gets lost before reaching you we will ovver you a new product or a full refund.

Because every product is made to order, we cannot offer size changes.

On each product page that offers sizes you will find a complete size chart that will allow you to measure yourself or other products you might already own from other brands in order to choose the size that’s right for you. Remember that we work with different models of the same products (for instance different t-shirt models), so it’s important that you check the size chart for every product that you order, as you might have different sizes for different models.

If the product you received does not match your order please get in touch with us with photos of the product/s you received so that we can sort it out. It could be that we produced the wrong product by mistake, or that your order was shipped to someone else. In either case, don’t worry, we will find your product or restart your order and get it to you ASAP!

Unfortunately, we cannot give a refund or exchange if the product received is not to your liking because every product is made to order. However, you can always contact us to see what we can do, because making you happy is our priority!
